At Hyderabad Campus, You will have both Single rooms and Shared rooms (2 Occupants). But don’t worry. Cause you can pick your own rooms after your first year when you usually move to another hostel block. Hope this helps you. Share & Subscribe for more 📲

Allotment is random for the first year, if you’re lucky you can get a single occupancy room but 90% it’ll be double occupancy with a random roommate

Yes. Students can opt to live outside the campus if they wish to however since the campus is located at the outskirts of secunderabad city, many students prefer to be accommodated at the campus.

HI, I am a BITSian and for Bachelors and masters' students it mandatory to stay in hostels even if you are a localite. However for PhD people, they can be a day scholar to campus.
