Tip: The edge of a spoon is good for scraping out the last traces of bitter white pith. I mention it because I see quite a bit of pith left after cutting away the core at 1:55. Anyway, I look forward to trying tomato and bitter melon in fish fume. 👍 BTW, ratios are usually rounded up or down to the nearest whole number common factor, and thus it is more mathematically correct to express 1.5 to 3 as simply 1 to 2, or "1:2" in shorthand.
