The splatter technique with ink is far better than what I had thought. I had visions of you painting each dots.😂 This is why you're the professional. Lovely video.

Just preordered your book on Amazon! I have a lot of respect for you Chanel. As a budding binder myself, I really enjoy your established style, cinematography, and willingness to to share. You are helping me start my business. And per your other video about your trip to the paper store, I light up just like you do, so I get it. Felt my adrenaline pick up a bit lol… Keep going, you have my support❤

I accidentally had this sped up at 1.75x from a previous video I was watching but OH MAN did it result in the most amazing tingles! This broke my tingle immunity I’ve had for almost a year now!!! Amazing and beautiful work! I’m really inspired to give this a try! And thanks for bringing a little relaxation into my day 😄

Oh man....i miss those days!! When i could enjoy peaceful things like this. But now that i have moved to a new town and started university classes.....peace is in short supply!! All i can find there is a busy and hastling life. ( its not necessarily a bad thing though...)

Although we live in a dark period for the world and we need the light (not the darkness) I admired your work and your way one more time!

what do you mean by that? I really didn't understood what you said, sorry

@@trollg1544 Many people are killed now in Israel and the world is ready for the world War 3.This the is dark period. Halloween is related to evil and darkness(and devil, for Christians , who is the creator of bad situations in earth along with people).

Another excellent and peaceful video! Your edge sprinkling reminded me of my occasional efforts at drawing mushrooms and some abstracts - I like to use simple geometric shapes to 'sprinkle' several different colored inks on these drawing. Maybe you could create your own inside ( casing in ) papers! Thanks for a fine video...

I once made the same technique as your raven cover when I was in school, and had the same issue with the fabric glossing around where I scored the silhouette of my shape with a blunt edge. Is there any way to matte down the gloss?

This is called burnishing! Next time I’m going to try a teflon folder because it’s known for minimizing burnishing.

Maybe I missed it but I couldn’t find how you made the cat indent, for the green cover. 😮 is it in another video? I just saw you cut out the black cat and paste it in. But didn’t see how the indent was created. I don’t know if I’m articulating my question clearly haha

Is there someone from Morocco watching this video? I searched for tools and did not find them. It is difficult to order them from foreign sites due to customs and tax fees. Does anyone know where I can find them in Morocco? Or what can I replace them with?
