Bhaii pehle 4.5km apna speed se running kro jo bhi timing aarhi hogi sahi hai shyd aapka 18-20 mins tkk aayega pehla 4.5 km aayega orr uske baad jo last 0.5 km hoga usme apne aap ko push kro orr apna best do agar aap apna time 24 mins se 10 sec Kam bhi laaye toh.... Smjhna ki haan aap me improvement horhaa hai
