Wow, the stabilizer in particular is a really “outside the box” design. Who would’ve thought of installing it UNDER the arm? While it does seem a little more complicated, I wouldn’t doubt if this is one of those things that eventually trickles to other cars. It obviously must be effective if they kept it in the BD12.

Yes, seeing different designs to solve the same problems is refreshing.

@@HearnsHobbiesMelbourne Ha, only a few days after I post this, and the new Xray X4 '24 gets announced, which now features sway bars that mount under the arms as well! 😂

Im confused when looking at these kits on Amain website here in the states. Yokomo part# YOKMRTC-BD11A (aluminum chassis) is $639 and part#YOKMRTC-BD11US (aluminum chassis) is $729..... Any idea what the difference is? Same thing with the graphite versions... There is one that is cheaper and one more expensive and I don't see the difference.. 🤷

The BD11A is the original release with Alloy chassis. The BD11US is the later release. There are minor differences.

@@HearnsHobbiesMelbourne thank you!

Are the differences worth $100 more for the updated version?
