BIULIR DAL'ER BORI IN MICROWAVE| BORI RECIPE IN MICROWAVE | BARITE KHUB SOHOJE BORI TOIRI KORUN
Ingredients:
Black Lentil/Biulir Dal/ Urad Dal-1 cup
Hing/Asafortida-a pinch
Fennel/Mouri(crushed)-1 Tsp
Procudure:
Soak the lentil for about 8-9 hours and make a thick paste out of it by adding minimum amount of water. Add salt(a pinch), hing and crushed fennel into the batter. Mix the batter with hand until it becomes fluffy. Then take a non stick plate and place the batter in the shape of dumpling.
Pre-heat the microwave at 180C for 5 mins. place the non stick plate inside the microwave and then bake it for 12 mins on 180C. Allow the lentil dumplings to cool completely inside the microwave. And thats it...LENTIL DUMPLINGS ARE READY....
