Welcome back! You need to adjust your setup. Your camera is too far to your left and what you are reading from is too high and too far to the right. Consequently, there is no eye contact with the camera and it is obvious you are reading. Moving them a little closer together will give the viewer a more intimate and personal feeling. More like you are talking to them rather than just reading a script.

Did the bat bomb scare the very flammable Smallwood? Yes, a few bats got loose and, unfortunately, roosted (with their napalm vests armed!) under a freaking FUEL TANK! This burnt down the test range of the Army Air base in New Mexico. This was May of '43. While the Army was a bit burned (ha-ha) and wanted no more of this, the accident served as a proof of concept, and the project was taken over by the Navy, named Project X-Ray, and delayed to the Marine Corps. They refined the bat handling, the vests, and built a full size (not scale) mockup japanese city in Dugway Proving Ground in Utah. The entire test city was burnt to the ground. It was determined to be a very effective weapon. Compared to other incendiary bombs...regular bombs could be expected to start 167-400 fires per bomb load whereas with X-Ray they could expect 3,625-4,758 fires. Project X-Ray was confused for a time with another secret bomb that was being developed in New Mexico, The Manhattan Project. When the Navy was told Xray would be combat ready by mid '45, they decided to pull the funding and just wait for the nuke's, which ironically weren't ready until the same timeline.

I usually just lurk without commenting much, but I just wnated to give feedback about the new setup - purely my opinion, but I don't like seeing people's bed very much. It feels like a low budget twitch streamer's background. Could move the camera to the wall on the right maybe?

I always understood the Panzer tanks were the best tanks during World War II I've never heard the Russian😮 there's that famous footage of Ramos shooting the English tanks at twice the distance. They couldn't even compete. The Germans tanks were twice as fast in the 88 mm gun shot twice as far you can't compete with that in the tank world. I always heard the real junk was the British tanks😮 next to the American ones weren't much better. I'm not biased at all that's just what I've heard as fact. I'm 53 years old I thought I understood everything I guess I'm wrong😮

You think you can't train a dog to distinguish between two types of tanks? Ha. Would it be a viable plan? Doubt it. But 100% a dog can be trained to distinguish between a German panzar and a Russian t-34. You laughing so hard at this is prospect is what's actually funny in this scenario 😂
