Ive already spent to long thinking about this. Decided to save $200 and do it myself with the state but the states website is broken… I know how to do it all just for state fees but I’m about to just go with Bizee and be done with it.

Awesome videos! Would you need other state domestic LLCs if you are a staffing company providing consultants to clients in other states? (consultants are not direct employees and usually work remotely around the country)
