I saw this fight live out in Arizona where I live and believe it or not I actually sat next to BJ Penn’s mom, and it was kind of surreal, watching him get beat up next to his mom and him being one of my favorite fighters.

......thats true for almost every marshal art. perfect kickboxer can tko, perfect wrestler can dominate, perfect boxer can ko, perfect jujitsu can break legs and arms. the problem is that almost noone can do it perfect when they are in the octagon.

It is so silly how americans try to turn a mutual combat fight between two FIGHTERS into a fight between two COUNTRIES by yelling out usa, usa, usa usa. What's even more amusing is that these people believe it will change the outcome. For anyone that truly believed Penn had a high percentage shot at winning this fight, doesn't comprehend MIXED MARTIAL ARTS. BJ has accomplished a lot in MMA but this loss speaks to the fact that he's trying to fight beyond his time.
