@@joshbeambjjI recently quit my mma/bjj gym because every gym has the same generic training method find boring and I know I can do better without a coaches restrictive approach. Gracie barra was the only place that had situation sparring. Do you have any tips to get over tournament stress?
@joshbeambjj17 күн бұрын
@Matt_the_rebellion for tournament stress, I try to focus on internal goals like the effort I put into it, executing on my strategy and tactics, etc. instead of external goals like my opponent or a medal. I find that helps me be less anxious and perform better!

Max is extremly good as a coach. Not all competitors are able to make the transition to teach, but i think Stark will produce many great athletes in the future.

I love traveling and doing jiu jitsu in other cities. Went to Singapore recently and had a blast. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. No cool stories but I’ve learned more by rolling with different people and also picked up on some nuances in techniques from different coaches. My next destination is Amsterdam.

Zazen meditation is where you sit and close your eyes and relax every single muscle and not thinking about anything not stopping your thinking but allowing the thoughts to come and go because no thought will last forever

What a totally unnecessary comment. All the videos on this channel breathe politeness and humility. Go troll somewhere else/ Adam, Vaxjo Sweden
