Nice! You can add isometric work too by holding TWO foam rollers in a figure 4 and practicing triangle chokes for 30 to 60 seconds OR practice holding Matte Leão (rear naked choke) with a single foam roller for 30 to 60 seconds.

Nice one, if you find an axel bar or 3-inch heavy pipe you can work your x guard at home really easy, I am personally using titan globe barbell.

Beautiful drill except to make it for realistic for me, the bag should be like a roller coaster bar, locked down and doesn’t move. 😂
