I'm afraid Barry took himself far too seriously and most people who watched that interview would think he was a bit of a tw*t. Bjork handled Anderson's humour by turning it back on him - and it worked. Everybody loves her, even if they don't like her music.

As for turning the joke back on the interviewer, why bother? I mean, who is Clive Anderson? He is a minnow in the sea compared to the Bee Gees and either he did not understand that or he thought he was bigger. They put him in his place. End of story.

It is one of the best interviews done. Björks humor is very unappreciated, and Clive worked well with her. Unfortunately her wisdom joke in "I have a stupid side, and a grownup side[...] and the other side do grownup things like drinking[..]" fell on deaf ears. I don't blame him for getting all lolita hungry, when he was talking about "You want to do more today", and "you look 15 or at least 16.". She is irresitible, when in this extroverted flirtatious mood with her knee stockings and child like enthusiasm and innocence, that is very nordic.

What a dweeb. He was low-key pushing her buttons with saying she looks 15, 16, or when he says Iceland has the population of Cardiff. You protect your little turf boy, show her who's boss! And of course, she owned him completely when she analzyed how in Britain, everything is understated. Absolutely spot on observation about the core and nature of British culture and humor, that's reflected in, as she says, even in architecture. Smart, sweet woman. Good natured. People like that always get dunces like this goof here trying to rile them up out of envy that someone is ahead of them, is comfortable in their skin, not malicious AND, and this is the biggie, not cynical.

Clive Anderson was a good interviewer and an all-round good guy, he will be sorely missed. Though when you're interviewing an Angle, never take the piss.. just because you don't understand her Language it doesn't make her any worse than us, for not understanding hers. I love Bjork.
