Can't hear any Scottish(who are British too), but a lot of 'street' London. Mainland Scandinavians often lose their accents when speaking English due to contact with popular culture. The Icelanders speak a grammatically more complex language than their Nordic kinsmen, and tend to speak English with a stronger accent. Bjork has lived in London (like a lot of young Icelanders) and picked up the local accent.
