David Muñoz yeh, she always says these words. Sounds like "allt sém hunn sér", but I'm sure it doesn't mean anything at all. It is called "gibberish". She's always making sounds that don't mean anything. =)

Literally, that’s what she says in that part of the song. Just listen to the original recorded version. She says something different here, which probably is gibberish. Bjork isn’t a perfect human. She’s an otherworldly artist. But, even she can forget lyrics. Or at least change them.
