Thanks for the flip through. We just started BJU math 2 this year, it’s our first year doing BJU math and we are liking it so far. I’m not confident in my math teaching abilities so I have the teachers guide.

Hi , did was your daughter also using the 4 th grade teaching textbooks along with BJU 4th grade math? Because I heard teaching textbook is a grade behind.

But I always recommend everyone to do the placement test before picking the grade. I just used it as another resource that year so I think we just stayed in the same grade. Sorry it's been so long ago.

I've never binded mine before...all the elementary workbooks are perforated and I just tear then out and put them in a folder each week for them 🙂 Sorry hope this answers your question.

I think we had the manipulatives pack from the previous years(only used it a few times). I think the teacher guide might expand more on the STEAM projects ...not sure because I never had one. Sorry I'm not more helpful. But the STEAM pages were pretty self explanatory(my kids only picked a few to do).

Does the curriculum have any timed facts sheets or anything? We've been used to Saxon but I'm looking to switch to BJU. Just curious if this curriculum encourages timed sheets or facts memorization?
