I didn't know this gun had the "Fan the hammer." Style thing going for it. I don't know if you take recommendations but The Duc is a weapon i just kind of stopped hearing about. I remember it being pretty good at least in BL3's early days

I knew about the charge giving more damage (even works if you have 1 round left in mag), but I did NOT know it had splash.

Same as any other jakob's pistol. It still gets erasered and can do some damn good damage, but it just scales from splash damage, doesn't actually have a radius. If specifically you're wondering how it works with boresplosion, it doesn't do anything special.

Yeah, I was like, it's not that unique of a firing jacobs gun. Trickshot and the flood both have this firing mode. It's like the previous version of the hellshock, beacon, and free radical, except, in this case, the gun doesn't just surpass the previous version. Just a slight variation altogether, and the bloom is only SLIGHTLY better than the other 2. (The ability to not be auto is the only benefit to me.)

@@stefsmurf For Zane, FL4K, and most Amara builds that would use it, I'd fully agree that the only real benefit is the variable burst. However with Moze and *especially* Unweave the Rainbow Amara builds, it dealing splash damage is a massive benefit. Other than that though, getting damage from the Flood and Trickshot is far more plug and play into a majority of builds.

i really like the bloom, the only real problems i have with it is that its overshadowed by the light show and even the beacon of the same dlc, the fact that it drops pretty much every time you kill the ruiner, and the horrid legendary bloat of bl3 in general, its a solid weapon for people who dont want the extremely easy gameplay of the other dlc 3 weapons
