This all could have been prevented if i *valued* myself more by being highly selective with my time, attention, energy, and emotions. He never earned it in the first place. I was diminishing my own self worth. Mine came back over and over over the years. Never failed. Was doing no contact but not consciously, just let go and press forward with what you have. What’s for you will be there in time. It will all come together. Just trust and believe in yourself that you are worth the time of anyone. Just make sure that you are doing the respecting and being respected. Start writing down your feelings, meditate, get into your mind that you were not the problem and that you have to hustle now on yourself cuz you lost yourself (a part of you died). Yes definitely be surrounded by friends and family. Spend as little time alone at first. Increase work hours and your productivity. Get rid of anything in the house that reminds you of them, if possible. Spill the beans to someone you trust. People need to know how you’re feeling during this time. I’ve been through it and still dealing with this myself. It’s a gut punch for sure.. that seems to never subside. But it does. Go “no contact” don’t make any rash decisions or show too much emotion towards her. It’ll only repel. I know from experience 😅. Be limited in your availability and move on. You don’t deserve that turmoil and neither did I. One brick at a time eventually builds a wall. One day at a time.

No contact does work, when you do it for YOU. I broke NC after doing so much work on myself, since i fucked up big time, and am still building myself up. We're talking again. Positive convos. Taking it slow. We'll be meeting up soon, when we are both ready. Im in the mindest of ready to let her go if need be. I'm way happier with myself and she feels my energy shift. In my situation he left because I pushed him away continuously, actually continue to break up with him over and over and then would walk it back and one day he just left. (don't judge me I was going through it in my life) It also helps the reuniting process if the person who dumped feels about you like they've never felt about another human being. Even after trying to get back on the horse realizing that their feelings for you are insane and like no other. No contact is most powerful when these types of feelings already exist or existed.

Got my now ex who was a narcissist, to dump me, well they love to be in control so i gave it too her in spades. She tried to come back after a month, then 7 months later, set a fire on my front door which is attemped arsen. Kept her in gray rock. Been in no contact now 4 years 1 month... No contact works.. she is outta here.. bliss. Since then I have been on holidays, made new friends... Best of all, none of that constant drama. Can you do a video specifically about making the mistake of chasing/contacting for several weeks/months before going no contact? and how that impacts the time he takes to process or attachment your ex will have to you going forward. I believe he is a fearful avoidant and I was confused if I should leave him alone or if he was just scared of how strong his feelings were or his fear of abandonemnt. These types tend to leave before they get left. so I contacted him about 10 times during the break up. Acted absolutely like an anxious mess because of my confusion. My ex ghosted me a week after I spent thanksgiving with his family so I didn’t know what to do. I was so confused. Coach Black, can no contact work more than once? I took your advice last year and went no contact after my ex left me. Five months later, they came back. We were good for for 4 months until out of no where, they just stopped calling/texting. So I responded with the same silence. No calls or texts. I'm back in no contact for about a month now. It has to be him chase you or hes not invested in you, stay strong on no contact, you can never force anything & if hes not thinking of you why think of him, but yes I know its the hardest thing but be strong for you, no contact can be forever & if it goes that way move on to someone who really cares about you, they are out there.. Best thing at this point is to RE-attract her. Do what you did to get her. However, No-contact first unless she’s already pulled back.. then it probably would be too late. If y’all are communicating regularly and you want to win her back you have to increase your value. So go NC. IF she reaches out which she probably will then ask to meet. DO NOT talk about fixing the relationship. Your old relationship is dead. But you can create a New one.. Stand in your masculinity, don’t bring up a relationship, live in the moment. Keep everything light.

Hey couch, thank you for your insights. What about I texted him every week for one month and asked to talk (he refused). Then after two months I texted him to get back my stuff, finally he replied and gave me the rest of my stuff. After that, I started no contact! I am not sure if it will work or not.
