Very hopeful video. My ex and have been official no contact for 11 weeks now. Yes it’s killing me. And yes I haven’t seen any movement. I think the important thing to bear in mind here is that not going no contact wasn’t getting you anywhere. I think what Coach Black is trying to tell us is that it doesn’t matter how long it takes for your ex to come back and be consistent. Those are the only terms you can accept. Period. I work out a lot. I focus on myself and my career goals. I go out and have fun with my friends and also on my own. Yes it’s tough. There are days when you are weak and you want to cry. I finally realize that this is part of the process and that both my ex and I myself are on a separate necessary journey right now. And that’s ok. I am commited to this.

Stay strong man, really actually do no contact. I know its the toughest, but if you do it she will find it attractive that you are fine to be by yourself. Let her come to you. Think about it like this. If she doesnt message you, you will be spending time focusing on yourself (which makes you more attractive) and then when she inevitably will contact you…you know for sure how she feels about you. Dont be breaking no contact, let her come to you. I got blocked for a whole year with no closure. You gave in way too soon. Men will fake emotions to pressure a woman to break no contact. It proves they still have power and actually prolongs to return to you process. They all come back at some point but whenever you strictly enforce no contact, it subconsciously forces them to hurry up and end the other relationship over fear of losing you. Getting a plutonic, new, and attractive guy friends also helps with this as well He probably had a temporary moment of weakness but had second thoughts after realizing that you were the same woman which only increased the value of the new girl more in his eyes. Which confirms why he dumped you to begin with. You gotta stay strong and convey to him you’re a new entirely woman first, if you want him back. And a new woman never accepts the same old BS. Also, 🙏🏽 please get out of the habit of giving men ultimatums, people in general if you can. Some people can be convinced provided there’s no ultimatum because it gives them the illusion of power. Moving forward in the future, whenever you want to convince a man to do something, you have to learn to convince them it was their idea. Putting your foot down means showing them what they’ll be losing out on when you leave, not telling it to them. 3 months in a breakup and NC but we have daughter together so I call once or twice a week just to speak to my daughter. This last weekend I asked her if she could drop the kids at my place (she has a son who I really adore) so I can spend time with them and she did. But she stayed too and didn’t leave. The No contact works, but it is basically for you and not for your Ex. If it doesn't get your Ex back, it will help you improve yourself such as, you will notice you are better off without them and it helps you heal faster. I am saying this from experience. No contact is for you, not for your Ex. Butbifnit works on your Ex, then it's a win win. During No contact people focus on getting their Ex back instead of focusing on improving themselves that is where the problem is. In summary, it works. If they don't come back, there were not meant for you. If the person gets into a relationship within 3 months of your break up, then that's a rebound relationship and in most cases, it does not last. So you are still winning.

Yep. My wife was always threatening divorce, telling me "why won't you let me go".......So I finally moved out and totally seperated now. We have kids but did as close to no contact as I could. There is very irritating asymmetrical law, that is not possible to bypass. Trust between partners is slow, longterm, everyday work to build a solid, even beautiful temple of their relationship, but just one crack, or "aftershock" from earthquake that happens and trust is broken. I’ve made a mistake of leaving my gf. After struggling with the guilt and anxiety, decided to send her an email (only thing I was not blocked) saying how I feel about it, and that I’m trying to be a better man and I’m here for her if she gave me a 2nd chance at our love. After this email, she called me 4 days later to unburden a lot of what’s going on and to argue about all the things that went wrong. Well, it's been about 2 months for me and at this point. Im not sure if i want to rekindle anything. I'll help you. Its best to get your emotions in control now and as much as it hurts, you need to be strong and work on yourself. Speaking from experience, any sort of contact is seen as an annoyance to them and makes you look needy and desperate and have no options. And those are traits to push someone away further. My advice is to feel sad but don't stay there too long. Wash your face, take a deep breath and tell yourself "if I can attract my ex, I can do it again. If they reach out, fine. If they don't, I'll find someone again and all the excitement of a new relationship will outshine this old one".

Turns out shed been going to another guys house long before the breakup and come home and fight with me about wanting validation. So I went to my apartment because she's not giving me my stuff after she had been ignoring me and my time. Whenever a woman tells you she wants to break up with you because she needs space, usually that’s her way of telling you she met another guy that she likes more than you. Yes you can play little mind games like this to reel her back in, but the problem with doing that is if she screwed you over once, she’ll probably do it again and they’re not even married. Imagine if his ex did that to him while they were married, his entire life would be destroyed. I say he should cut her out of his life and go meet someone better.

My ex contacted me yesterday after 1 week of no contact after our breakup . She asked how I was then proceeded to make a description of her day before, with videos and stuff. Then she asked what I’ve been doing the last days, I said and she said what she been doing. Then she ended the convo again and do not text me since yesterday, after I replied once she liked it and stopped talking. Don’t know what was her idea or what I think of it, but one thing is true: I’m back to no contact, if she wants to talk she is welcome to reach out, because I won’t! Some specifics: she broke up because she lost feelings (2nd time) and now it’s for real because she said she knows when it’s over for her. What should I make of this all?

@@missblunco She reached out a 2nd day in a row, and me as a fool asked if she been missing me and why she texted me, she said she texted me because she wanted to check how I was and still likes my personality and we ended in good terms. And was not because she missed me in particular. And she did say to me "I don't want to be the toxic ex that texts and gives you hope or anything!" Then on the 3rd day my dumbass reached ou in the morning, we ended convo at the afternoon, and then she reached out again at night and we talk a bit more, and the convo is over. Makes tomorrow 1 week again without talking, and I'm sure I aint gonna reach out again first!

I could be wrong but I’ve snooped in her phone before without her knowing and couldn’t find a single thing close to cheating or talkin to other guys . We were together for 6 years and I’m on the first official week of no contact.
