Onion skins also helps to brown gravy. Put in bottom of turkey or roast beef pan and yum. Nice dark gravy.

How is this vegetarian when you’ve just used the chicken broth into it? I mean I know I could sub it with a veggie stock but I was hoping to follow the recipe and hoping to get ideas on brands of veggie stock to use if it was used in the video. Oh well..🤷🏻‍♀️

Simply sub vegetable stock instead of chicken and do some research yourself to find a good stock you like. It's not that difficult.
