Dave is very disciplined with his health and training. That’s how he remains a beast.

Is there anyway to safely turn over like Dave does at the end? In MMA you will be getting smashed with elbows and it feels like sometimes you do need to turn to stop a KO, but it's how you can do it safely. Difficult spot.

What can Dave do at the end?? I feel like he needs to push up and try to get his legs under the top guy. Does bringing the hand inside actually help him?? It feels to me like you would need to clamp down on a shoulder to bridge out of that spot.

I think you are right.

So who won - the black belt or the purple belt? I thought that the guy who lost could have tried harder.
