Couple of things: -Carrots -Remote collection sends a horse with inventory to the nearest stable, not your location. You have make sure it's not carrying anything. Same goes for boats. -You get a free camel in Mediah, right before you go to the desert -The freebie horses don't get drift, they have to rng learn it

Awesome vids, something I found is that after you've mounted a horse that you're taming you can get off and run to a stable. It is faster than riding a new horse. You can actually go to your capturing location on an already owned horse, capture new horse, dismount, mount your already owned horse and go to the stable. In both instances the new horse will follow you, if you reach the stable and the new horse is not behind you, just wait it will show up

Wow these videos are great. Thanks so much, There is so much to learn in this game. I just started playing about a week ago and totally love it. Just by watching this video and following the steps I got to Processing level 4 already. Seems a bit daunting at first yet your videos making it so much better and more helpful. And way more fun to play. Keep them coming. Damn you made capturing it looks so easy. I have tried 3 times now. The first time another player saw me going for one horse they came up and snaked it and then I decided ok I will try one of the other ones after 20 minutes they came back and snaked that one too. The 3rd time I lost almost 60 ropes due to bad throws, and after having a tier 4 roped 4 times once again another player came in and took off with it. I have never tried since. So annoying.

if your horse drowns use the ^call mount ^ option, it will pop up beside you .. will save you some running ))

Big thanks! I just got my first tamed horse. I'm new to the game and my character is now level 52 I haven't been able to use a mount until lvl 51 because I didn't know I already got two 5 tier horses, so instead I decided to tame my own horse and successfully got one after 11 tries. I got tier 4, level 4 horse btw.

Algo bump👍🏽 This is my main! There are some taming nuances to add that will help. NOT the tin hat ones but I employ those as well. 1. Keep walking til horses leg hit the ground. 2. After successful mount, dismount and run, or get on previous horse. 3. Horses are family mounts

i just started this game 2 days ago and have been following your videos. Here is my horse catching story: I get the rope, i get the sugar, i click the guides and look to where to go to find a horse. 5 minutes in i find a horse but on the guide it doesnt look very high in tier so i leave it and look somewhere else, 2 hours later im still looking around the map and decide to just go back to my original horse finding location. I find another horse in the spot i found the first one but it doesnt look high on the t list either. Fuck it, i start taming and 10 rope fails later i finally catch it. i go to the stable, t2 horse. im like fuuuuuu---. my T1 horse is still at the spot so i go back to get it and have extra rope left over so i decide to tame the original horse i found 4-5 minutes into this. i tame it, bring it back to the stable, T4 horse...... im like "well wtf i couldve been done with this like 2.5 hours ago" Loving this game :D -.-

FYI if you capture a horse, you can get off of it and go to the stable by running, or get on the horse you came from to travel faster

Not sure if this just slightly outdated but I was able to tame a horse at training level 0 (or 1), I hadn't bought a horse yet but got all the required gear and caught myself a grey T3 horse.

The game itself is doing crap job at explaining the process. lost like 5 ropes trying to figure out what exactly does the game want before the mini game was already lost, had a cramp from killing the space bar, and didn`t know that I need lump of sugar specifically, and then massacred the horse, that wasn`t even a good tier apparently, and then searched for what the hell do I actually need to do lol

Hey i really like your guides, and its helping me a lot as a new player. I have a question, i want to train horses for fun, breeding and imperial trading - most of that i know, my question is, is there a difference skill wise in single horse training and multiple in same time (wagon), i don't have premium gear for horse just green one (i know that premium gear set gives +10% on skill), does single horse training gain more skills than those which i put in wagon ? I know for imperial don't matter how many skills, horse have but does it matter for breeding, i know that higher lvl of horse means better rng for offspring but does number of skills mean anything, basically which is better for afk training ?

I catched mine tier 5 with rope only and when i hop on to my horse it kept following me, then i started speed insta accel to the stable keeper and it spawned next to me, so i dont think u have to walk it manually to the city

What is the reason behind getting the training life skill to level 5 first on a beginner horse before taming one ourselves/buying one off of the marketplace? This was changed in a patch. At the time the video came out, the level required to tame a horse was 5. Doesn't matter anymore

Don't forget about special carrots. At least on console it's cheaper to restore stamina and health with special carrots rather than the stable keepers.
