Great tips. Was leveling with my two friends on Edan (we're currently 30) yesterday and we found gaining levels to be extremely slow. Of course, we were going through quests and what not, not so much grinding. Didn't know a lot about these tips, they should prove helpful to increase our experience gains.

What's the issue with using those scrolls before level 51? They don't cost much Loyalty. Grinding occasionally without experience boosts and going through the combat quests takes getting to 50 quite some time, it seems.

i dont know if its because the exp per mob is really low at 54 but when i tried to use a 50% scroll at night time the bonus did not stack. I used the scroll right before nighttime and i was getting 4 exp per kill, and after 10 pm same 4 exp!

The 10 min cooldown on the elixer starts when you drink it. So you drink have 5min elixer effect + 5 min cooldown = 10min cooldown on the tooltip.

+Alarich Herzner I went on treasure chest run with one of my toons a few days ago and got 65 luck and 65 exp scrolls. Those suckers can weigh you down though. Yes, I did have a lot of keys. I wrote down what I ended up getting with 72 keys if folks are interested.

from my experience (with 5 luck) u get 1 blackstone every 2 chests, there are very secret chests wich can give u blackstone weapon aswell. What is ure experience? =)

Awesome! I'd also like to point out the 5% xp scrolls for 10 minutes you get from turning in Alter Imp horn drops at the sheep farm :) Question about saving your xp scrolls for night time: Is the XP gain exponential, or is it just added on top each other as flat percentage rates? Meaning, is my scroll giving me 50% of my regular xp gains plus my 20%(?) night time bonus xp? OR am I getting a flat 70%? If it is the latter, I would think that waiting using your scrolls specifically at night wouldn't necessarily mean more xp over all, especially for long grinding sessions. Grind spots get a tad crowded at night, as well...

Nighttime is about 50% more exp my guild and i tested it several times ( tests were in the pre-order release time, they may have changes it )

The EXP potion cooldown begins as soon as you drink it, not after the effect ends. Drink Potion, ten minutes begin. Five minutes of EXP UP, then five minutes remain until you can use another.

you can solo grind kzarka shrine with a warrior with 80 ap, the problem isnt really the monsters but more the guilds grinding there^^ (this being said, its not that worth it anyway). another little thing, when you're in a party you can setup the loots to be sold right away to the market without roll. But here's my question, i know kzaka shrine is currently the best spot to group grind to 55, but what about serendia's shrine? (next to the blood monastery) it doesnt give much xp when you're 53, but its still decent plus you can grind it solo and there's not a lot of people there.

DO NOT GO TO ABANDONED MONASTERY unless you have a ton of AP and DP. At 84 AP and 106 DP my Valkyrie was getting REKTD @L50. The place has a ton of magic casters and some melee that jump behind you, so there's a ton of back attacks and ranged attacks while you're fighting, and you'll be taking massive damage and dying a lot. It's also inside a cave with little room to position and maneuver yourself, meanwhile respawns will randomly appear behind you and suddenly your health instantly drops 30% lol.

+KA0S What level is your Musa though? I have a 52 Maehwa now 120 AP/203 DP. Their super armor with some of their attacks makes them a lot tougher than other classes. Especially using Tiger Blade, which also heals them.

Just saying mediah has a quest which givesyou a crystal with +10% exp the only thing you have to do is put alot of energy in the quest to geuss the right thing from the thief and the jeweler. I hope I helped some peopel with this my crystal shattered while I died (internal cry) I nearly forgot when obtaining enough titles it also gives a perm reward to gain more experience (im not lvl 55 yet still hanging on 52)

+neuralcircuit but that's not smart if you want to USE the crystals. For actual buffs to your char they have to be embedded into your armor the crystals in your inventory they can't break but doesn't provide additional bonuses either they only take spots in your inventory.

Why am I able to clear Calph shrine just fine, even the big room where the "rare" spawns...all by myself...with subpar gear none of which is even +15 and the only boss drop is Red Nose Armor? I'm a warrior btw and I clear them pretty damn quickly...except for the rare..he takes a bit mor eof course if only because of my needing to maneuver around his blocks and his immunity to my ground roar.

I'm playing since 1 month, I got to 55 today and so far I cleared everything alone, even those 5man party suggested scrolls lol. I really like BDO but certain aspects of it kinda make me sad.

+Korbi Kingston Most of the dye packs in the game have a "black or near black" color. Red pack has "Rocker Blood" which looks black with an occasional reddish tint (my personal favorite). Orange has "Dark Orangered" which comes out dark but not as dark some others. Brown has Deep Dark Brown Green has "Dark Seaweed" Purple has "Red Hazelnut Purple" Lavender has "Lavender" and "Dry Lavender" Blue has "Deep Sparkle Blue" and "Dark Blue" Just remember that all of the dye packs will have a "tint" in the right light. Sometimes the dark colors will be more vibrant (show more of the subtone blue/red/green/etc) in certain lights. I've bought over $30.00 worth of dye packs and never seen a straight "Black" dye (although they do exist). I have gotten over 30 Rocker Blood from the Red dye packs. Usually 2-4 per set of 3-packs when I buy 'em 5 at a time. (15 dye boxes, 2-4 ain't bad).

I was with 30% at 54 before the patch. Now, hitting the 55 was just a simple fun :D About exp elixirs - does anyone know recipe for them? Btw, not only heve, but also the new Grunil can have two exp gems :D Also, cash shop (p2w cry provoked) costumes gives +10% exp, just not a fish or ghillie.
