An astonishing film on so many different levels. This is the kind of films that the 1990s produced: flawless, no filthy language, nobility of purpose, and exquisite acting. Chris Benson (what of him today?) was matchless, his Indian brother the same - it warmed the heart that each won the other's complete respect. Christopher Reeve once again proves that he was a masterful actor, very independent of Superman. What a lost his early death is to future generations! The score was completely perfect in every respect. This movie commands our respect as one of America's great films. Thank you for posting.

Incredibly, I had not seen very much of Christopher Reeve apart from Superman; so I kind of discovered him with this. Indeed, such a wonderful actor, and this is probably the best way to describe him and remember him.

A wonderful, thoughtful movie. A family movie, such a rarity these days. Masterful acting by the legendary Christopher Reeves and Tony Todd as Britt Johnson. And the wives, Janet Bailey and Nancy Soler were splendid. You really feel as if you've stepped back in time with this movie. Well produced, choreographed and acted. A great Western.

Love this movie, seen many various movies with Chris in them, one was called Somewhere In Time. I loved Christopher Reeves acting abilities, he truly was a great actor, and a great man to have endured those long hard years in pain after his accident, but still kept a brave heart and never gave up hope in facing them, what a great wife he had to have stood beside him the whole time….that is love and commitment to each other….. RIP Chris….you will always be one of my favorite people…he truly was a Superman….prayers always for the family….😇😇😇😇❤️🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

Yes it was called A PENNY IN TIME. The pivotal part of the movie is when he gets transported back to the present was when he pulled that 20th century Penny out of the watch pocket of the old secondhand suit he bought at the thrift store (so he would blend in back in time).

An enjoyable movie. It's heartbreaking to see Christopher Reeves unaware of the pain & suffering he will endure in his future, a future that has now been & gone, a future long past & when it left it took away with it the life of the good man who owned it. Im sure he rests in peace a peace he so rightly deserves.
@orlanduhden58422 жыл бұрын
Christopher Reeve was a good man, may he rest in peace. I think the gist of this movie for me is that we should not hate other people for any reason and that the world is full of good people and bad people. The world would be a wonderful place if we don't hate or harm others.

I really love how this movie has started..l did time in Anamosa Iowa when I was 19..l met a black man about the same age as me..l had never been racists in my heart but l'd never really known a black man before...He became the brother that I'd never had. He taught me things from his side of life. I hope l showed him real friendship. Anyway, seems like this could be a good movie. P.S..At the end of this movie, rather l find it good or bad..It was the Indians of this Nation who were 100percent in thier rights...

Historically accurate, & it immediately established the bad guy as a blatant bigot. I'm only a quarter in, & all the Kiowas & Commanches have been doing is yelling, dancing, painting their faces, & riding horses fabulously. I have a feeling they would be talking, holding councils, & planning. Edit: the Kiowas particularly ended up looking good, & the Commanches decent. I'm glad the talented Raoul Trujillo got to be a good guy.
