Jeez you are so strong, reminds me back in the 80's and early 90's in the UK being horrificly racially bashed and more. You end up in a para state and defensive when people are just staring you down and you don't know whether it is for hate or a normal thing or they feel you should not be there. It is good you are teaching people to try and deal with it and rise above it and remain positive as it is not all bad. Good on you for being a confident black and hold your head high in a way you earn their respect by speaking the language imagine there was more than one of you. Hmmm you look less of threat alone. As long as you speak their language fluently, you have already removed a lot of barriers and makes it easier to converse with confidence besides having superb peoples skills!
