I was at seal beach with my kayak I met my friend, from Whittier he smoked me out it was awesome I gave him sum water! :) Coast Guard din't allow me to leave harbor I was Bummed! :)

I was sea kayaking in Prince William Sound of Alaska and fishing for salmon when 5 sea lions poked their heads up about 30 feet from me. I quickly realized how easily they could kill me if they wanted. I’ve had a hard time getting back in the ocean since. Really enjoy your channel in the meantime.

I think you're probably lucky that marlin broke loose before you got him to your boat. I cannot even imagine trying to bring a marlin up next to my kayak, that's just way too much power and too much risk to take offshore. But you're just a half bubble off plumb anyway, I reckon. But then again I'm a bit over sized for this yak She works like a bomb though!
