If you collect the eyes before facing Stone Guard, you can summon Shigandang and they will fight each other. Shigandang will kill Stone Guard, but have less health and you still get both rewards.

But there's only one way. You cannot collect those eyes without killing stone guard first.

There is one more spirit called Civet Sergeant. Travel to Crouching Tiger Temple entrance, go all the way upbthe stairs until you see the statue where you fought the Tigers and place the mask in that little statue which drains the blood and opens up a secret entrance. Enjoy.

The paths are very interconnected and i was running in circles for quite a while and the environment all look the same .. For the Fuban boss fight if you go down on the opposite side and stay close to where master spilnter is standing he'll jump down and help you in the fight you don't even have to fight.

No you don’t miss out on anything he includes all the secret bosses aswell it’s pretty accurate in terms of ranking of difficulty but for the yellow wind sage you should get an item from the pig to help fight him

Ps I was mistaken about missing stuff if you kill the the second price first in the duo fight near the beginning of the chapter you can’t get his spirit

It's in a decent enough order to not miss anything, but if you want a missable spirit. During the duo rat fight, kill the small rat first.

Yes, there's less than 10 bosses in the whole game that's actually missable if you progress too far, the rest can be done any time.

i fought the black loong very early on, shit was hard as fuck. i thought you dodged the ripples using the 2nd staff stance but all you gotta do it get ontop of a dam rock ;-;

I dodged 1st phase, and used the rock transformation for 2nd phase and just tanked him with many headbutts in middle with no status effects :) The rock will probably get a patch at some point.

Very easy to dodge. Your invincibility frames last a little bit after dodge ends so you kind of want to execute dodge early where it looks like you're almost dodging right into laser. Once I figured that out his triple ripple did not hit me

You don’t necessarily need boss 5 and 7 for that door to fight the Gore Eye Daoist, I encountered him going a different route

There's actually 3 ways to the boss, I just shown the one I thought was the easiest to understand because 1) it's from a shrine very early in the chapter 2) it's after 2 bosses shown earlier in the video, so going in order of bosses, nobody should have a problem finding this. It would actually be better to collect the 6 Buddha eyes first to awaken Shigandang and let it fight against the Stone Vanguard. After that you just need to fight either one with half health left. 😄

You mean for new game plus? If you keep the items and portraits etc from that boss then you shouldn't need to. All depends what you keep. I'm not in new game plus yet to 100% know what stays and what resets, way to busy editing and getting 100% first run to move on yet.

I am unsure, check your "key items". If you have a key item named "skandha of feeling", then the game killed the boss randomly for you and gave you his reward. The "Skandha of feeling" is required for another optional boss later on. Hopefully this helps.
