Its one of the most difficult trial on the journey. Not because of OP Yao Quai but because of Tank Monk. The perfect represent of "Do not fear enemies as strong and swiff as tigers, fear your allied that stupid like a cow". 3 TIMES he immediately spotted that lady's trick, and the third time managed to kill her permanently while the collar is shrinking and not even Baije or Sha Monk defend his action (botg know Wukong can detect any gods or demons disguished as mortal due to searing eyes ability got from being cooked in Yin Yang furnance). In the end after all of that torment he got expelled and Tank Monk volunteerly entered the next Yao Quai cave, this time everyone cannot did anything to safe him even though the wife of that Yao Quai tried to help him. And guess what, Baije had to bring Wukong back and he deal with that Yao Quai with ease, to the point some gods on heaven must intervene to safe that Yao Quai's life. Watching the 1986 version make me wonder to this day how this man can survived to meet Wukong.
