I was recently asked a lot about my black ombre gel nails so i thought i'd share a little tutorial on how I do them!
They are airbrush nails and I want to stress that I do not use gel polish and alcohol but rather 'cosmetic grade' acrylic paints. The type sued for body painting etc. These paints use acrylics with a larger molecular weight that cannot penetrate the skin and cause irritation and allergies.

Hello James! I finally bought some tips, but Im too chicken to use gel or acrylic to attach them. If I remember correctly, you used Jello Jello's One Kill Peel Off to attach some tips a long time ago. Do i have that right? I like the idea of a peel off base for tips

Hey! Yes I used that as a base but you need a nice thick non peel base gel to apply them!

so random but would you ever try making decals with water transfer paper? i just tried them for a kpop concert and it looked awesome, I think they would be super cute for a sailor moon set. I think it would look great on top of ombre too!
