If it's music, Ronnie can do it and nail it every time. No matter the genre. His talent is uncanny, from Rap, metal, pure vocals. And that fact he played this for papa roach and got their blessi g first is incredible.

At the beginning of Watch the World Burn he says "I got voices in my head again..." which is referencing the song he released before it, Voices in My Head. So it makes sense that the ending is referencing the end of Watch the World Burn. He did another trilogey before: Losing My Mind, Losing My Life, and Drugs. The videos have intertwined themes

This song is a exact reason the saying "its not what you say but how you say it" exist. Both songs are great but have 2 different meanings based purely how it is delivered to the audiance. One was made for us angry millennial kids growing up in the 90s and early 2000s and FIR version is for the broken adults we became trying to navigate this crazy world we all currently live in.

I totally didn't realize the lyrics were this deep either. This is so beautiful. Ronnie is such a musical genius. He really knows how to make you feel something inside. I kinda took the crumbling as the inner chaos in our own mind and the rebuild as what is portrayed on the outside to look "normal" as we never know what someone is going through on the inside regardless of how normal they look on the outside.

It's because the upbeat and aggressive nature of the vocal delivery and instrumentation is easy to get swept up in. You're too busy rocking to fully focus in on the lyrical content. This version leaves you with no option but to listen to the lyrics.

@@시우시우-g8n The original always felt like a youthful anger, and that it was a threat. This is more like someone older, pleading for help and coming to the realization that there won't be a hand extended, almost like a realization that he must move on his own.

Something you said about the end made me realize... WtWB was such a confident, "you can't F with me" song and he destroyed the earth. But this song is somber and vulnerable ans he fixes the world. That's so extremely telling.

Personally by both analysing both the video, the vocals and how they were delivered i almost imagine the quieter parts of the vocals as like an inner voice and him just talking to himself while letting himself fall to pieces and crumble and the final part where he is getting louder and screaming as him actually voicing out his pain and reaching to others to help and them actually reaching back to him

Falling in Reverse is my absolute favorite band hands down. And I’m pretty new to them and the lead Ronnie (the more I learn the more I’m amazed). Going through some dark depression myself, this band gave me the words to just admit I wasn’t okay. Got myself help because of it. And this version of the song hits DEEP in a way Papa Roach never did for me. That cry for help just sends chills up and down the spine.

I truly believe & hear Ronnie say, "I'm running & I'm crying!" But, adds towards the end when everything builds back up or 'Falls In Reverse,' - "I'm running & I'm TRYING!!!!!" I THINK ITS SIGNIFICANT TO THE WORLD COMING TOGETHER, REBORN - HE'S FINALLY REACHING OUT TO THE WORLD THAT HE NEEDS HELP WHICH IS USUALLY WHEN LOVED ONES & PROFESSIONALS FINALLY COME TOGETHER TO HELP & HOPEFULLY WE CAN BEGIN TO HEAL... IT TAKES A VILLAGE SOMETIMES! HE ISN'T CRYING SO MUCH ANYMORE HE'S NOW TRYING!!!!!!! WHEN WE FINALLY CRY-OUT FOR HELP & TRY WORKING ON OUR ISSUES WE CAN GET AID IN OUR RECOVERY WHATEVER THAT IS... SOMETIMES WE HAVE TO CRY FROM THE ROOFTOPS OF THE WORLD & SCREAM OUT BEFORE CHANGE HAPPENS.

I love that you clarified that because you have never had those feelings, you didn't realize the message from Papa Roach's version. I'm binging on you right now and that is what is making me want to keep going. I didn't even know this remix existed for this song until your channel and I almost skipped because Papa Roach's song hit me so hard growing up and I was rolling my eyes. I grew up feeling that way and the message wasn't lost on me. I don't feel that way today and now I can share your new experience with this one. I always knew this song had a deeper meaning and I was in that place as a teenager where this song really spoke to me and I see Ronnie still taking it to another level. I'm much more balanced these days and I love what he did here. Beautiful. I'm glad I made it through but I know people who did commit suicide because of those feelings of where I was at the time. This is why I love music. I found comfort in music in a spot where I worry I would do the same. This is why I'm a huge fan of Ronnie Radke. I pulled through it before I found him and most of my experience was through Metallica, but I hope the younger people get that from Ronnie like I got that from James Hetfield, but I felt it from Falling in Reverse too. Life isn't easy, but sharing with those that understands is life changing.

Ronnie did Papa Roach so proud! Thank you Papa Roach for writing this incredible song 🎶 👏👏👏👏👏These are so epic! I highly recommend doing there 2 songs that Ronnie wrote in prison! First in 1 video react to The Drug In Me Is You, 10 years later Ronnie did The Drug In Me Is You (Reimagined, it’s the same lyrics) also know it’s not about a girl, he wrote it when looking at his reflection in a mirror in prison and realized he’s his own chaos’s and struggles the song 🎶 is about him, hence The DRUG In ME Is YOU! The Original is a younger Ronnie liken it to his lifestyle as a rockstar, getting women, getting in trouble with the law, going to court, using humor to deal with his struggles in life! The Drug In Me Is You (Reimagined) is a more mature Ronnie, with the same lyrics, still not about a girl, the girl in the video was on the cover for the song 🎶 Ronnie uses his phenomenal voice and control of it to really show how meaningful the lyrics he wrote truly are! Then in another video do I’m Not A Vampire, wrote in prison also the original is a younger Ronnie using humor and being in a Celebrity Center for addiction and likening his addiction and rock style live to that of feeling like a Vampire then in the same video do I’m Not A Vampire (Revamped) and hold on to your seat because this is a full on movie masterpiece and Ronnie delivers the lyrics so beautifully and powerfully, it just shows how deep and powerful the lyrics are in both songs! YOU will KICK yourself if you don’t do these reactions on your channel, it’s a must for Falling In Reverse fans! The originals are classics for us fan’s but the reimagining and revamping are just stellar! Look forward to these reactions!

"It's the end of the world and nobody's there..." yep... that is the point of the videos symbolism. When you are at that point in your mental state, it feels like the end of the world and you feel like nobody is there and the world is crumbling around you. Visually *chef's kiss* on the video and the musical re-expression of the song. A+++ to Falling In Reverse and Ronnie on this re-imagining of Last Resort.

I paused the video at 15:22 because you said this generation has the worst mental health. I want to just put a couple cents forth and I expect to be blasted for them. I am 31. I was born in 92. I wanted to be a cop before 9/11, but then wanted to fight after that. I went to Afghanistan. I suffered a TBI and severe PTSD, and mental health isn't a fuckin joke. I'm not saying that you're saying it is, I'm saying that we suffered a 20 year unofficial war that put a LOT of my friends six feet deep, and the trauma from that is strong. That's not to mention the Xcides and the family traumas. it's unfortunate. I hate it and I feel like this every fucking day. I've buried too many people years after they got out, and I've buried some of their children too. The trauma has always been there, it's just now being expressed. I guess that's what I'm saying.

14:31 I think that the visuals of the buildings being put back together might have to do with the original songs meaning. From what I read, Shadixx wrote this song about a close friend who was in a dark place and going through those things and eventually healed from it.

Glad you reacted to this one. It's a beautiful cover. Ronnie suffered from depression and he's still here. So he was building himself up again at some point. I wouldn't count Ronnie as belonging to the youth, though (he's turning 40 this year). I hope you'll check out The Drug In Me Is You and The Drug In Me Is Reimagined. He wrote the original while being in prison, fighting to get clean from hard drugs (heroin I think) and likingu at himself in the mirror. But you can also interpret them as being about a toxic relationship. Greetings from Germany

Here's an easy way to tell the different string instruments apart: * If it is held under the chin, it is either a violin or a viola. If it looks a bit "too large", it's a viola. Otherwise, it's a violin. * If it is played vertically, it is either a cello or double bass (sometimes called a contrabass). If it is massive and the top goes way over the head of a seated player, it is a double bass. If the top goes up near to or just a bit over the head of the seated player, it is a cello.

Thank you so much for giving flowers to both Ronnie and Papa Roach! Both versions are incredible in their own way. Jacoby's version is pure teenage angst and anger (a threat) where Ronnie's is pure desperation and despair (a plea for help). It's so easy in the original version to get swept up in the aggressive vocal delivery and instrumentation that you can lose sight of the lyrics. Therefore many people, younger me included, didn't fully absorb the lyrical content. Ronnie's version leaves you with no option than to hear the message of the lyrics. Great reaction, BP ❤!

Also no idea the lyrics were so deep! Wow... used to blast this regularly. It's still on my playlist, but wow... talk about a cover hitting differently!

Great reaction. You should Ronnie showing the unmixed raw version to Jacoby, the singer from Papa Roach and how nervous Ronnie was to get the reaction of someone he obviously admires. Speaking of genre benders, Falling in Reverse has been doing it for some time with the heavy metal/ rap thing plus the reimagined stuff, there's Ren, Tom MacDonald, Jelly Roll, all of these people have been slept on and are finally getting attention thru people sharing with friends and grassroots mostly. I mean when I think of Jelly Roll Creature, Fall in the Fall and Save Me then I see he won 3 CMT awards it took a few to wrap my mind around it cuz I just vibe to Jelly Roll and Son of a Sinner I didn't even think of as country, I just compartmentalized it as Jelly Roll in my head! Tom MacDonald we think of his rapping mostly but then you get songs like Scars, Ghost, and his song with John Rich who is a county signer then his work with Brandon Hart and the stuff with Nova on gfbf like I'm Not Well. These people are true artists and don't fit the stereotypes and can't be stuck in a box. I like where music is going with these types of artists because my taste in music has always been what most people call eclectic but I am really just a person that connects to music even tho I'm not musically inclined and listening to music and reading have always been my escape and therapy and now I can put on some of my favorite artists and get that eclectic vibe from just shuffling their catalog! Love your reactions and your take on things! ❤

Artistically he and NF are very creatively similar in that sense of how they like to inspire thought just enough to leave your mind curious enough to search for more.

You hit my thoughts on the lyrics point on. I also never caught the death of the song until this rendition. It makes me realize how vulnerable Jacoby must have been when this song was written. Just the aggressive nature of the original didn’t allow you to go as deep into the meaning like this does. I love it. Great reaction bruh.

I thought they out did themselves with Watch the World Burn, now this. It's breathtaking. Another new release is Imminence Come Hell or High Water. They kept their violin. It's beautiful.
