This video could still be improved. I hope she writes her script before facing the camera. There were issues with spontaneity - some few seconds of spacing out would save you a good few seconds of run time. Also, though I like the fact that they went through the rigors of cooking the crab without looking and sounding rehearsed, she could have given her instructions ahead so she didn’t have to ‘reprimand’ the poor guy for making slips here and there. She sounded and looked bossy. She does sound bossy that this may not sit well with some audience.
