ever since the first vid id been wondering why they went with B.R.O.? honestly iv never heard a single good thing about theyre rifles, the only one ive ever worked on was so out of spec it came from the dealer NIB with a wobble wedge. and for some reason a cmc drop in trigger i thought this was kinda odd and soon i found out why, i couldnt get a milspec fcg to cycle or even fit properly , the hammer barely let the bolt by, tried a spikes fcg, a bcm, and a rra 2 stage, tried swapping different bolts colt, lantac, bcm,, and in the end i still had to ''polish'' (and i use this term loosely) the surface of hammer that makes contact with the bolt on the CMC trigger so much just to get it to run right that i didnt feel comfortable giving my buddy his rifle back and ended up just giving him one of my old spikes lowers and taking the hit, contacted BRO and the pretty much told me it was my fault and blew me off.....id literally rather run a f-ing anderson (sorry for the rant but i needed to vent🤣🤬) and as always thanks for uploading, your vids are priceless, and the best on the platform.

Would love to have seen a Geissele super 42 spring and buffer as an option. The springco springs are great I have a few rifles set up with them but I still prefer the super 42 buffer and spring way more for reliability and quick and easy buffer weight adjustments without changing the buffer itself just adding or subtracting internal weights. I’m not going to pretend I know more than you or anyone here so I’m sure everything was chosen for specific reasons. Great video and great content this is by far one of my favorite channels on yt, thank you for all you do.

The super 42 system is great IF you are refusing to deviate from the standard carbine buffer tube. I have one on an 11.5 that i wanted to keep shorter as a cqb gun. However A5 systems run inherently better because they are closer to the original design of the gun and allow a wider operational envelope but at the cost of adding about an inch overall to the firearm. So really as with most things it comes down to purpose and perspective
