Yeah, you're right! But the question is, how fast can we do it? Are we talking weeks, months? And another question - how can we easily measure insulin sensitivity?

Adopt low fat plant base whole food diet.. start mainly with non starchy vegetables and be consistent with it. You'll see improvement within 7 to 10 days. Your blood glucose, Hba1c and your body weight will come down as well. Good luck..

Baba Luda, cotton cheesecake is a sugar mine; I guess my blood sugar will skyrocket. And milk protein powder and WPC should be fine. Let me add them to my list, and test them at some point.
