I like Emma, I get a clean, pure vibe from her. She doesn't have a chip on her shoulder; she's not brash; she's not self-absorbed. She's just really classy, and humble.

I don’t understand why people would think she married the man because he’s rich when SHE IS RICHER THAN HIM. Her father is a literal billionaire and he has only two daughters and Emma’s Nigerian older half sister is an almost Billionaire herself

He's from an established family. Not saying she had insincere motives, but there's a pattern of rich people trying to enter circles of the old order.

Because she is black. All those white women marrying black stars like Tiger Woods, Micheal Jordan, even those white women who are commoners like Kate and Fergie and marry into royalty, who ever questions their motive!

Can we acknowledge of the fact her dad is worth 9 billion dollars, in this scenario her husband is the pauper.

It's been this way for the last several decades with the aristocracy. They are legacy rich, but cash poor so they tend to marry "commoners" from wealthy families. The aristocracy's legacy (lands, structures, furnishings) are all quite costly to maintain. Since the title is tied to the property, the land can not be divvied up and sold as needed, hence the need for a well-heeled spouse. Emma appreciates and respects the legacy she can hand down to her children - well, as long as the UK remains monarchical.

The title 'black royalty' is totally incorrect. Only the Americans can be so wrong. Titles of nobility are not Royal, even though members of the Royal family may be given noble titles. The only royal titles recognised in the United Kingdom are King, Queen, Prince and Princess, with the forms of style 'His/Her Majesty' and 'His/Her Royal Highness'. The current Marchioness of Bath (who until recently was Emma Viscountess Weymouth) is not Royal.

Also, the extreme racial focus is a uniquely american viewpoint

Who cares! Royal or noble! Sooo outdated! As a British woman I am embarrassed that our nation still hold people in awe simply because they have a so called title! So backward in this day & age & laughable! As for Emma, she is indeed classy & beautiful! She needs no title to be called a lady! She is a true Lady! I met her long before she married, she was just as much a lady then as now!

Americans, firstly Emma is not black she has a white mum. Secondly, the Longleats are nobility not royalty which means a King/Queen gave a loyal person usually from battle they defended the King or Queen in, gave them some land and a nobility title. Viscount/ess is nobility. Duke or Duchess is royalty.

@Tor W Everything correct except the last sentence "Duke or Duchess is royalty". We have 24 non Royal Dukes in the British Isles, so this statement is incorrect. There are Royal Dukes but these are separate from non-Royal Dukes and are treated differently.

@@oscarford4326 She can call herself anything she wants but calling herself 'black' is factually incorrect. She has a white mother, pure and simple.
