Black Sabbath's music serves as a reminder that true freedom comes from critical thinking and independent thought. They weren't afraid to challenge the status quo and encourage their fans to do the same. In a way, their music is a call to action, urging us to question authority, seek truth, and fight for a more just and equitable world. And by weaving together religious and political themes, they created a powerful and multi-layered message that continues to resonate with people today. They remind us that the fight for freedom and justice is ongoing, and that we all have a role to play in creating a better future.

Lyric! Revolution in their minds - the children start to march Against the world in which they have to live and all the hate that's in their hearts They're tired of being pushed around and told just what to do They'll fight the world until they've won and love comes flowing through Children of tomorrow live in the tears that fall today Will the sun rise up tomorrow bringing peace in any way? Must the world live in the shadow of atomic fear? Can they win the fight for peace or will they disappear? So you children of the world, listen to what I say If you want a better place to live in spread the words today Show the world that love is still alive you must be brave Or you children of today are Children of the Grave, Yeah!

When I last saw them six years ago, they turned the stage lighting off for a minute or two, and all you heard was Ozzy screaming "Cuckoo" over and over. When the lights turned on again, he had a wide shit eating grin on his face and just said "It's awesome to be absolutely fucking crazy" and giggled. What a fucking showman.

Time has passed, I grew up on this music and it's fried into my soul. A time in life when young people just had a great time.

I was there! I'm 41 and have been a long time fan and getting to see them was....I dont have the words that mushrooms can give to explain it. All I know is I didn't want show to stop. Hanna Wicklund was awesome, YES was great, deep purple was amazing!!!

I was 16 when Sabbath 1 was released. Whilst Zep 1 was really an extension of the blues played by brilliant musicians, Sabbath 1 was something else, for me completely new. Then I got to see them live either 71 or 72, truly awesome. The fact they can still sound this good close to 50 years later is simply unbelievable. Especially Ozzie. I was indeed blessed to be around when these guys were starting out, never been bettered in my opinion.

Black Sabbath is the greatest metal band of all time. So blessed to be named John Michael Coleman after John Michael (Ozzy) Osbourne
