Black Shimanto, great torpedoes nuker in a good blitz pass in World of Warships Wows Blitz

Looking for a cruiser with killer torps and a golden suit? Well the Black Shimanto is a pretty good option in this blitz pass. Just accept it's only a light cruiser in name and you'll be fine.
The golden camo is not the best one, but the nicest imo and there's a good epic commander with mistweaver+ in there so check it out if that's what you need!
