@@SherryMoulton you can download movie make for Windows for free. It's very easy to use! It's what I started with. At the end of your 1st video, you just click on add video and add how ever many videos you want. There are other great free editors out there, but depending on your computer, they take a lot of time to process the video. But give you more advance editing options.

@SherryMoulton4 жыл бұрын
Thanks so much for watching 🥰 When I start a project I will measure the mold now this one I poured 1 oz of water in the mold so because there are 4 compartments I did 4 oz hope this helped ok so then my resin is 1 to 1 ratio so I mixed 2 oz of part 1 and then 2 oz of part 2 so that i finished with a total of 4oz. 🥰🇨🇦

Sherry Moulton i use art resin and it’s also 1 to 1 ratio but i thought it would be a different ratio when making coasters. I use my resin for wood panels or canvases. Since you used 1 to 1 ratio, is it hard enough for coasters? Is it heat proof also?
@SherryMoulton4 жыл бұрын
Yes it should mine are a little soft when I first unmold them. But the harder up in 24hr .
@allnightercrap4 жыл бұрын
Sherry Moulton I just tried making coasters with art resin and in 24 hours, it’s still slightly bendable. Are yours like that too? I’m not sure if mine are heat resistant enough for coasters but wanted to give it a try 😂

Hello Sherry, i love your work, but i am also very concern about you not protecting yourself. I really hope you didn't drink the coffee. Please use protection, nitril gloves and a respirator at least!! And never eat or drink next to resin/epoxy. You really don't want this toxic fumes in your lungs and stomic!!! And also for the newbies, please give them the right exemple. Thank you for the demontration, it is wonderfull. Keep safe. Little love from Holland.

The paint is mixed into the resin, no more than 10% so the resin will cure correctly. If you watch more videos on working with resin, and you will understand the process better.
