i have her e1 and sig and she did 155k to the deer boss single target who isnt even weak to wind (in moc 12) she does insane damage and the fact that the big nuke happens on the enemy turn its actually not as bad as it sounds its fun stacking up stacks blowing them up and then the enemy turn comes up and you just nuke them. cant wait to run her in sim uni

13:56 is the future meta.. I don't think Luocha and HuoHuo is enough.. I think in the future they would add a Nihility unit that heals other units through debuff... that would be the ultimate final Dot Build. Luocha at most is going to be used on endless runs where survivability is important and HuoHuo prob most for 1 turn comps.

Sampo E4 gives a mini Kafka DOT explostion if Arcana stacked to 5+ because Arcana is counted as a Wind Shear so a Sampo/Swan is a valid option to rake if you dont own a Kafka

Guinifen is a good replacement for Ruan Mei because of her fire dot increasing the stack speed of arcana and the global damage multiplier she provides and the ult stacks arcana as well.

Btw, since BS ult makes it "count" as all normal dots, you can make kafka and gui ults detonate arcana. So make sure you use BS ult first. Look for the green numbers

Nihility in SU is gonna be even more fun now! I just love seeing enemies taking turn only to disintegrate from all the dots on them. Which is why I don't really care setting her up with Kafka. I don't mind taking more turns, it's more fun this way.

I'd say Space Sealing is a waste of time getting for her, I'd rather go for Pan-Cosmic in her case so that it's even just a little easier to build her EHR, even if it's just 10% it can go a long way. If you have an EHR LC or relic body piece then you need an average of 10% EHR on each relic piece, which you'll likely want to go for anyways

This isn’t Genshin tho. HSR makes it very clear LCs are powerful and should/can be used to create a multitude of feats in how you play. Since this is turn-based, unlike Genshin, everything you do to a character matters so much more in comparison to. That’s why I’ve constantly tried getting people to understand the importance of LCs in this game from day 23 of CBT3. In this game, the better characters are not those that don’t rely on their sig, but those that are just cracked out of their mind.

The difference is "just" 16% though according to the chart, under "Cracked" I would categorize an increase of 25% or even 50% which some Eidolons can Achieve on Characters, but those are usually E4 or E6 So far I personally fare pretty good without Sig LC in MoC albeit it being a little close when it comes to max turns allowed. But my Relics are somewhat Average at worst. Actually I feel like they are pretty "even" when it comes to Sig LC/Weapon dependence so far in Comparison to Genshin. I personally think even here LC are nice to have but no must, and more fun to have more Toys.

It can work, but Asta doesn't replace Mei at all. You gain the ATK + SPD which is awesome, but they aren't dishing out the same support in the same caliber.

I got her in 30 pulls. I was insanelly luck (the game finally rewarding me for e1 himeko and e2 gepard). I don't know if her light cone is worth it, because getting it I will loose guaranted in sparkle

Asta or pela i will say, you can even try to go with 3 DOT, kafka/black swan/ Guinaffen or sampo, i have not tried yet but sampo can trigger her arcana if E4 and Guinaffen with her ult while having a support debuff with firekiss. You can always slap a resolution light cone, the 4 star nihility that decreases defense in any of these third dot options.

I do not understand why you're holding Black Swan's ult. You want to use BS ult early and often, to allow other DoT procers like Kafka and Guinaifen to benefit. Gui can use Arcana that counts as Burn to proc her Firekiss. Also, instead of eschewing Sustain, I'd recommend Houhou as she not only enhances ally damage, but also helps Kafka and Black Swan reach their ults faster to keep pumping up the Arcana stacks. There is no benefit to holding back on BS ult. While Ruan Mei is good, I'd rather suggest Gui, Kafka, BS and Houhou. You can sub out Gui for Luka when going against single big enemies, but otherwise it's just a better idea to have a dedicated Sustain (benefit if they can buff like Houhou) and maximizing stack gains between turns. The extra 8-10 stacks you can gain by enabling more DoT procs from other Procers. This will go a lot further to shreading enemies overall than holding the utl to specifically gain a one turn benefit. Also also, when using a DoT team yo DON'T want to delay enemy turns, You want them going often enough to make use of your DoT. Like yeah you can stack more arcana through delay, but you can ALSO stack more arcana through use of her Ult to enable other Procers, AND you're missing out on the DoT's that go off on their turns normally by delaying them. Seriously, This is not how her kit shines. You're working against her kit rather than with it here.

I mentioned in that section that running them without Mei was the least performing version of the team, but could gave other Harmony options like Asta or Tingyun. I just didn't show all of those teams on screen, but instead verbally said it. Asta can work because of her SPD + ATK increase if you already have her built.
