This was great, been searching for "hockey player diet and workout" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of - Banonnor Veyathan Release - (search on google ) ? Ive heard some decent things about it and my co-worker got cool success with it.

Good to see the Kings got in shape over the summer and the past few weeks are proof of that effort.

They are doing so well in the '18-'19 season, they should be selling their offseason training strategies to other teams.

As a Blackhawks fan, always respected Kings. Sutter will always be a Blackhawk and his toughness and great team spirit is obvious in the LA Kings.

No, he was the voice of playboy video and you hear on many commericals. He also was an old teammate of mine.

I thought these guys would be huge because they compare the hits to football. I would mistake these men for baseball players. Maybe it's just this team.

Its hockey not powerlifting, they skate and literally play for many many hours a week, they just need core and lower body strength, then they need extreme stamina, bench presses or pull ups don't do much for what they do

I love Kings. However, I am in awe that they really do not have a complete athletic bodies. Their upper torsos, from what I see on video, are a complete joke.

@@Ynotnow9900 I'm telling you. As long as this guy is there, they are highly likely not going to do much in the post season. The boys look exhausted as the game goes on and he's such a great politician when it comes to why.

Trying being super strong with muscle packed body and then skating for 3-5 hours every day
