@@elijahpiere5324 Thats very near 10%. And no they aren't.
@ernestmccaleb35453 жыл бұрын
@@gaiseric9518 Yes some are. And these are still kids. It's not like a 30-year-old man gained 32lbs. But an 18/19-year-old kid getting the proper nutrition and exercise can certainly gain that weight. There are 18-year-old marines who go into basic training and gain 15lbs in 12 weeks.
@gaiseric95183 жыл бұрын
@@ernestmccaleb3545 I'm a 22 year old powerlifter. No friend has ever achieved that level of progress natural. I deadlift 545, squat 450, and bench 335. I have friends who bench over 405, still took them over 8 years of training to get there. You don't gain over 40+ lbs of muscle in a year naturally. The highest amount you can gain naturally is around 20 lbs. Maybe 25 if you had never pick up a weight before that period and have newbie gains. This dude was already lifting before that, these arent newbie gains, so its undeniable that it is steroids. Also he was fat before he gained the 32 lbs and now he is ripped. That's why the number is closer to 50 lbs of muscle.
