Ladies - Its a Pleasure to see you killing it - If I may with all due respect the Washington D.C. Metro Area is calling you - This is a excellent area for growth in the Technical Environment- Ladies, there's no place in the Country in my opinion that offers opportunity for advancement such as the DC Metro Area Especially for women of color. I myself grew up within the Mid-West (Indiana) so I am fully aware limited culture diversity, where I also started my I.T. Career there as well. During a period of time when it was very rare to encounter another person of color in the I.T. world. I must admit, once I moved to the D.C. Metro Area my life changed and you'll enter into what I consider the NFL of the I.T. career path. Ladies - I wish each of you well, however really consider the Washington D.C. Metro Area. Everyone is Here Google, Microsoft, Amazon and each provide services to the Federal Gov't with huge opportunities you will not get exposed to anywhere else.

Hi I agree with you in the DMV area there are plenty of opportunities both on the Federal and Private Sector sides.

We need to stop being separated as black men and black woman especially in this IT industry. When we grew as a race, we were together! I love my sistas and I would love to help out where I can... Just graduated with a degree in Computer Information Systems specializing in Software Programming.

Awesome group of motivated professionals! Great show to help others view the industry and different aspects of it. Many elements are overlooked and this in fact cant hinder a work environment because all of your best people are not represented or assisted.

A Black female CISO is a remarkable accomplishment. I really want to know how she navigated in CISO because it can be tough but its worth it.
