Corporate America is exhausting mentally and emotionally. I was very disappointed. One of my bosses told me my counterparts information that she didn’t give me but told me that I don’t need to worry about learning everything.

This topic is so pertinent to what I am going through at this very moment in my life and career. I am elated we are having these conversations now so we can create the template for our next generation of black women entrepreneurs. Thank you for sharing such a great platform.

This is so relevant. About the angry part when you are just expressing your opinion. Those are micro-aggressions.

@@CareerSuccess I think there should be some type of stipend put into place for black women to get free counseling for Micro Aggressions. The company should surely pay for it. I wish there was a law passed that would allow this. Because it is so needed. Our mental health is surely at stake.
