I hope you try out one of those CDI kits or adapt your own. The engine could potentially idle alot smoother with delay and achieve a higher advance than possible at rpm, thus improving performance and longevity without opening the engine.

Performance coils are not resistor free only I sell hotcoils and I have them manufactured they are made to provide more spark power. They are resistor free but Taking a stock coil and making it resistor free isn't a high performance coil. Great video

On August 8 of this year, my rear bearing locked up at 60 miles an hour I was able to keep that little bike up until about 20 miles an hour then it threw me, I broke my shoulder my left arm, my left wrist five ribs on my left side multiple fractures per rib, and one rib damage to my left lung. Needless to say I won’t ever step on another one because I don’t know if it was a prediction. Or just shit luck, but I always told my wife the rear wheel will lock up one day and F me up real bad and that’s what happened

@@jojojeep1Sorry to hear that, sounds really bad. It's easy to forget these little bikes were never designed to go past 20mph. They are sold as toys for kids but once you start modifying them they are no joke and you really have to treat them like a motorcycle with bad handling. Hope you have a quick recovery and find another way to go fast!

Try the coil wire wrap with solid copper wire around the plug wire...Test the spark against the other standard and performance type...I have a video about this...The insulator wire cover is thicker and the windings are tighter...

Hey black66 i hope you are doing good, so i want to know what is better to have on a predator 212 a torque converter or a max torque clutch / a torque converter with juggernaut or a Max torque clutch with straight chain wich one is better the place where i ride at has a lot hills and some straight roads where i can speed through wich one should i use

You really notice the difference on alcohol with a tilly carb when you use this coil and a 4 electrode plug vs stock components not allot preformance wise but it does foul less ans starts easier

Hi I was hoping u can help me… I got a 212cc predator hemi with billet flywheel rod and hot 265 cam and rite at 6900 rpm it shuts down the motor like a safety thing… it doesn’t allow the motor to hit full potential or float valves… do u think that can be my stock coil

I gotta question.. What would happen if I shortened the ground wire on my coil ? I have a 224cc predator max with a 196cc hysun head , vm22 carb 135main jet ,arc billet flywheel and dyna grinder 2 cam , 18lbs valve springs ...soon going to a 26lbs arc valve spring . What do you mean by shortened your ground wire? There are no ground wires on these coils, they are grounded through the laminated steel core to the crankcase. There is the kill switch wire, which is connected to the primary windings of the coil. All it does is connect the primary windings to ground so when the magnets pass over the coil any voltage is dumped into ground before the coil can turn it into a spark. You could shorten this kill wire as much as you want and it will still work.

@@Black66 I believe I watched that video but was wondering if my stock ghost coil out performs the blue performance one in your video. I noticed the ghost coil is much larger and has a additional ground strap vs the blue one. A comparison of those two would be nice on the ghost.

Couldn't you just put an old stile boot and retainer on and accomplish the same thing. Or keep the stock and buy a key with less timing.advance. I can't see 50$ worth for an msd boot and wire.
