College practices all year long together. "Pros" only practice for a month before the 3 month long season. It's why they're so sloppy and boring. It's a part time job so they treat it like a part time job. Before it was an industry the men used to work jobs on the side to make enough to love, but they still left it all on the floor on game day. Chicks don't. They want all the "flowers" while doing a fraction of the work to deliver an inferior product.

Anybody on the team who doesn’t get with that will be looking for employment elsewhere. The Fever Organization knows the consequences. They will give it some time and if need be, rebuild around Clark. Caitlin Clark isn’t going anywhere. No one else on that team or coaching staff is more important to that franchise than Clark. I've literally only watched The W since Caitlin has started playing and I couldn't believe how many missed layups there were from her team. She knows the game and sees things developing and that's what makes her a great point guard and leader. This is what women working with women is like. Not logical, emotional. I promise you that most QBs don't particularly love their WRs but they just throw to whoever is open. Partially because its the logical thing to do, and partially because the coach will ream their ass in the film room. With a woman coach who feels the same way toward CC, it will not be brought up as they have a silent alliance and jealousy issue.

last yr when the salary debate was at peak,I did a really hard look at the attendance of all the WNBA teams. There were many teams that had game after game of 1,000-3000 fans. Not just a few here n there that was the dominant range. Only the 2 big Market teams did a bit better w highs in the 7k range. (NY,L.A). If these women dont understand what shes doing for the league,they have zero clue.Chartered flights,17-18k in the seats,jersey sales have jumped a bunch,ect. Liberty have played the Fever twice w 17k and 18k fans,liberty plays the mystics,they get 4,000. 2 time defending champs open w 7,000 LESS than the fever bring on the road,lol. CCs team in IA weren't the most skilled at basketball, and were undersized, but were DAWGS and athletes. Little Gabbie Marshall setting picks, getting open for CC to get out of trouble, lock down D. Martin same thing with more scoring, relentless effort. Stueltke the "Big" sprinting to the hoop and making cuts to get open, CATCHING the ball, SHOOTING the ball, and MAKING the basket. Affolter had a huge motor too. Boston is too fat and uncoordinated.

Sides should still be fired, needed defence but never put Celeste Taylor or Lexie Hull in , Kristy Wallace was no help 1 for 5 , Aliyah Boston looked terrible like she has no confidence left in her game she looks slow and gassed. , Erica Wheeler needs to be traded. Fever players still can't seem to catch a pass from a Caitlin or make simple layups. The fact that this team is so out of shape and bad at fundamentals lets us know they haven't really been coached. Caitlin needs to control/orchestrate the offence in every game . She’s a complete offensive force, scorer and playmaker. Unfortunately this team is going to continue to struggle the fever aren't going anywhere until the starting lineup has some changes including the coaching spot.

Caitlin played a great game. I cannot imagine having to manage the publicity weight, the expectations, the shit talk, the jealousy, the racism, opposing teams that are professionally years ahead of her w/ superior coaching, Sides’s preferential Wheeler+Boston treatment, and her own team’s lack of competence! Despite all of that, put her in as Point Guard and watch what CC can do! She is amazing!

Caitlin needs to stop passing the ball down the court. Her teammates cannot catch the ball. Caitlin did not shoot the ball most of the 3rd quarter. Rhodes when Erica Wheeler is the point guard she will not pass it to CC. Last game they played keep away. Erica Wheeler needs to be cut. Celeste Taylor player on the end of the bench is there best defender. She is also a spot up 3 shooter. She can also run the court and catch the ball. She played at OSU 2024. She has not played 1 second so far.

Definitely looks like some bad coaching and some bad attitudes with some of the players. The owner needs to sit the coaches down and say “Clark is our future help her and make sure you surround her with people that want to help or I’ll replace all of you!”

Her teammates were missing bunnies left and right. They probably lost 14 points in missed layups. But!!!, they ran some real plays on offensive and got into some offensive sets today! They got a few offensive rebounds today! Their transition game is not great yet... so many missed layups and missed passes from CC that ended up on her scorecard as turnovers. Still this is promising improvement on offense.
