Making Seppa for my Wakizashi with Shibuichi Silver Alloy

More parts for my wakizashi project: the two seppa (spacers) that go on both sides of the tsuba (guard). These two act as shock absorbers when the sword comes in contact with its target and prevent damage to the tsuba.

Wow! Very well done. I really like that look, a lot. I've been slowly getting into the process of melting and casting copper. I've done the water casting to achieve a very uniform and non porous copper disk. I hope to learn more from people such as yourself, and aquire the necessary tools to do what youve done here. Very nice work what % is that shibuichi. I've made several things w it. Incredibly hard to work,cracks easy but colors and textures can't be realized

How the hell did you get your hands on shibuichi?! Shibuichi isn't exactly widely used outside japan, not many know about it. That aside only other way of getting it is to make it yourself. I don't know even if you can buy it. It is after all nice to see it being used for something. Also you're among or the first who used it on something. I havent seen any video about shibuichi.
