I thought your comments on the "family court" was amusing. I've had to go there twice: the first time was a necessity as my ex was in a relationship with someone disreputable (he was no longer there by the time CAFCASS came to investigate...so all was well apparently); the second time I realized what the function of the family court was...my ex had become homeless in the intervening period, and had got a subsidized dwelling, lifetime tenancy with potential deferred home ownership - all for 50% of childcare, while I had to "prove" my parenting to the authorities which required my ex agreeing to equal childcare AND by going to court to get an "equal shared care order". The second time, after 18 months, I realized the function of the court is to control fathers.

Was the film not shown in front of Parliament by TR during the last demonstration? He has stated as much in various of his videos...! He pointed out the HE had done it himself presumably so as not to shift the blame on someone else. That's called honour isn't it?
@laceandwhisky7 сағат бұрын
Not only that if the initial do not show the film was aimed at TR, he obviously didn't film it, edit it, produce it all on his own he has a team, there fore he cannot be held responsible for others actions also was it released before the injunction. Personally it should be released as it shows the poor justice system. The school now closed down the staff paid off with a gagging order, statements from staff and students re the foreigner who was a bully all needs to be brought to public interest. Hope TR has a good judge if he is jailed he will end up same demise as many do and then a Martyr that will set people off.😊

Can we all agree that no matter the circumstances, TR Will be found in contempt as this is a political judgement and not a legal judgement. Colour of law was used in the original judgement and didn't follow precedence. Try proving your being set up by the judge even though we know it's a frequent event ie the recent 3 Yr sentence passed down for an I'll conceived social media post by a tory councillors wife. Thank you for your swift & concise response. I was hoping you'd find a loophole that would mean they couldn't possibly imprison him on Monday but this is Tommy we're talking about. I personally think they're shooting themselves in the foot so to speak. That film had 200,000 views before they decided to bring this prosecution & it might have risen to a million if we just promoted it. With their help (by prosecuting him) it's risen to 54 million views, Tommy couldn't have paid for that kind of promotion! If they send him down, the viewing figures will absolutely skyrocket & everybody will see the corruption, from the school, to the council & all the way to the courts! We won't even need to promote it! Why can't they see that? If they order him to take it down, there are thousands of others who have the film downloaded so it won't go away.

It's so obvious that Tommy is going down. They changed the venue for the trial to Woolwich Crown Court which is right next to Belmarsh High Security Prison and is interconnected by a tunnel! The guilty verdict has already been made and they have to go through the legal motions of a 'trial' (without a jury!) so as to silence the lad for as long as possible and with little hope of parole. No 40% of served time for Tommy!

If Serving via 1st Class Post, make sure you only ever do that via a Post Office, and get a Proof of Posting Certificate ("PoP") at the same time. Keep the original PoP, and keep that safe. This adds powerful original Hard Copy evidence that you did send it, and exactly when, even if the other side later contrive to deny receipt.
@Will-re8bt6 сағат бұрын
I used recorded delivery and they still lost all my ID. Proof you sent it doesn't mean they will get it.
@keithharrison14535 сағат бұрын
@@Will-re8bt Agreed it doesn't mean they will get it, and I entirely accept that. However, in the scenario I outlined above, that is not really the key issue, strange as that may seem. The key is when armed with Proof of Posting, the actual delivery is effectively not your problem. The key is you can show compliance with whatever the Court require for Service, and that's backed up by things like The Interpretation Act 1978 and the later 1984 Queen's Bench Practice Direction, which set out what the Court will accept in terms of the ordinary course of the post, and the assumed time scales when sent via 1st or 2nd Class. Basically, if sent via 1st Class Post, the thing is Deemed to have been Served after the 2nd Working Day after posting. In simple terms, you did your bit, when required, and the Court will have no option but to accept that, rather than the compliance step for Service being open to challenge. Probably also wise to take an image of the letter as well, before sending, to add further evidence that it was also correctly addressed, albeit the Proof of Posting should also state the Postcode of the addressee, which should be enough. Something that is unclear, is if sending via Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery, are those covered by the same Interpretations, when neither are specifically mentioned?

It’s all “Due Process” which the Justice System is skating around. In the recent protester trials the defendants who’ve received prison sentence’s and advised by legal representatives to ‘plead guilty’ in order to receive leniency in sentencing… but what they’ve received was not leniency. These defendant’s did not receive “Due Process”, it wasn’t in their interest to plead guilty, many received large sentence’s and waived their right to receive a Jury trial. The “Due Process” requirement the prosecution to present a case and give factual evidence, the defence has the right to defend and challenge the evidence. This did not happen in these ‘fast track’ cases… and the reviewed evidence referred to by sentencing Judges was taken out of context and in many cases the events leading up to the prosecuted criminal action was inaccurate.
@jamescpalmer6 сағат бұрын
The fact is anyone who didn't immediately listen to the moronic baristers who simply said "plead guilty" did not appear in court and would most likely have their cases dismissed. What frustrates me about this is that it's a baristers job to tell you how to avoid worst outcomes instead of winning your case, because law attempts to act in a binary fashion actually each case is its own and should be heard in court. Fast track pressure by barristers probably blew up a lot of peoples chances of being heard by a Jury who probably would have hung it in many cases because most of this evidence is inconclusive.
@mikehipperson4 сағат бұрын
Remember that this trial is to be held in a Crown Court yet they have not given Tommy the option of a jury trial in ANY of his previous appearances! That alone goes against the human rights act!
