Not true, he broke the law. Follow the court notes. The judge can only go on evidence presented, and in the original case Tommy relied entirely on the testimonies of children which either fell apart or seemed questionable under examination. Unable to prove his case, he was then guilty. The injunction against repeating those alligations then applied. Instead of presenting more evidence to overturn the injunction (which he SHOULD have done) he just broke it. Because he is Tommy Robinson I have some sympathy, because knowing how some in the Judiciary and Police are very much against him, they would have kicked this down the road year on year building up costs for Lawfare. So yes he is guilty. However given the circumstances he would be kept in, I think the sentence ridiculously excessive, and political in nature.

Farage being seen to have any sympathy at all for TR would destroy the party and it amazes me that anyone is thick enough not to see that. Have you never heard of Enoch Powell? Musk is jealous of Farage's relationship with Trump. Musk is butt-hurt that he couldn't buy Farage with a $100M donation to Reform. Farage has been in British politics for 2 decades, Musk has only been in any politics at all for 2 months.
