The killer/killers may think they have gotten away with the murder of these girls but I pray they are haunted day and night with the memory of what they did. R.I.P. to these 4 young women!

Oh when they die that's when the real suffering starts if you believe what I believe if you don't believe that then I guess they do get away with it but I think when the grim reaper comes for them on their day that's when their 1st day of true suffering starts. For the muder they committed if they are guilty of it. Maybe only 1 truly was maybe 2 truly were but what we do know is a least 1 of them truly was guilty of it and the one that was will suffer in this lifetime or definitely when the day they die that's when I think the real suffering starts. Alot of killers after they sit in prison for a few years unless they are mentally disturbed they will tell you after they have been in there for a few years to think on the crime they committed.alot of them will tell you they geniually believe they are going to hell. Now I don't know if that's beceause they have some kind of church background or what but I believe that myself so when they die they are really going they be hating committing the murder they did. Can you imagine the worst pain ever times eternity...yeah that's what I think they are going to be suffering....that's exactly why I don't kill people out of cold blood...you will either suffer in this life or when you die somehow....you don't just get away with it with no suffering...think about what their families went through the whole time they were suspected of those murders...yeah that's all on them so why do you think after they die it will stop? It doesn't...so think before you do something....

Such a horrible tragedy. Maurice Pierce was a friend of my ex husband's nephew. He gave me an uneasy feeling the few times I was around him. One time when I was alone at the duplex where we lived at the time Pierce came by looking for the nephew. He wasn't home at the time & Pierce wanted to wait for him. I said no, that I had stuff to do. Pierce was shot & killed in 2010 by an Austin police officer when he ran a stop sign & ran from the officer, the caught him & there was a struggle & Pierce tried to grad the officers service knife fron his belt.

There's a lot more to this case than disclosed in this video. There were over 50 confessions, including one by a serial killer that was in the area at the time. Most of which were ruled out. The original suspects were Mexican nationals based on an officer's testimony that he was in the shop earlier in the evening. He had said two Hispanic men were acting very odd & suspicious. One of which even walking into an employee only area without permission. This was only 30 to 15 minutes before the girls closed the shop. Three Mexican nationals were suspected of the crime, two arrested. One in Mexico and the other a delivery driver for the yogurt shop. They too both confessed to the crimes, but were also later released. The man arrested in Mexico was actually tried & convicted. His case was later thrown out due to the use of torturing techniques to get the confession by Mexican officials. Edited to add: Micheal Scott's confession came after the investigator held a gun to his head. No joke... there's video of it.

@@jknumber5138 Just watch the "confession" videos. They did not confess under their own freewill. "Their stories" were aggressively fed to them by the investigators. In other words it was the investigators story, not the suspects'. They as well had their lives threatened numerous times. The investigators only concern is to come up with suspects to ease the publics fears. This tactic occurs around the country far more often that you can imagine. They even railroad their own officers on occasion.

Thank you for covering this. The Austin area is my home. I had been to this yogurt shop for years and when I became engaged to my husband, we started going there regularly together. Jennifer Harbison always waited on us and we got to know her a little bit. She was the sweetest, most personable young lady! We married in August of that year and even went there and saw her on our wedding day. When we heard what had happened we held our breath while waiting for the tv to show the pictures of the ones killed. When we saw Jennifer's sweet face, we were heartbroken. That such evil could waltz into that place and do what it did to those girls is unfathomable. No. These young ladies will never be forgotten and I pray that God will reveal those responsible.

If there's even a minuet chance that someone would finally come clean and confess or even if someone who "knows something" spills the beans on another it's all worth it. I love seeing these ehh hemm, "people", who think they got away with murder get caught years later after settling in and living a normal life. I've seen this happen to several people and I hope the same happens with this case. RIP to these beautiful young ladies and thanks Lamont for another great vid. ✌😎

They were brutally tortured as well, but they won't say how, because they are things that only the killers and cold case knows. I didn't know Maurice Peirce was killed in a shootout with police. I lived in Austin when this happened. Everyone was horrified and saddened. It was such a shock. It was the Austin of old days where it was a more laid back and relaxed place to live. Will never forget it. I

If you ever find yourself in northern Maine you should stop by the Tim Hortons in Caribou. A girl I went to school with worked there and was working late when some guy went in, killed her, left her body in the bathroom until he decided to throw her body in the trunk of her own car and was finally caught by Bangor. I don’t live there anymore but for a small town where nothing happens, that was pretty brutal. Oh, and in New Sweden (Maine) a guy poisoned a bunch of people at a church by putting arsenic in the coffee. No one knew who did it until he killed himself and left a note confessing to it. He was my substitute gym teacher and one of the victims was my English teachers husband. That was pretty crazy too
