Mine too, this worked 👍 the touching the cables together is key, modules have little batteries in them called capacitors that keep certain memories alive in the computers/modules. Doing this is like a full hard reset/reboot. Thanks 👍

My issue is.. I replaced my radio with a new one.. ac worked with the old one but not the new one????

Nice... little tip for next time... just pull the radio fuse and put it back in... q screen fires right back up. Unfortunately you have to do this every time you turn the car off and come back to it later. Still trying to hunt down a permanent fix

I have a 2010 Srx, hopefully this helps cause my radio, dash, and air all went out suddenly while i was driving.
