You’re a life saver. My mom lives in the Caribbean and has a 2014 srx and used the warranty to replace it and it still froze. Definitely going to purchase a non-gel screen

Thank you for this. My parents have a 2016 XTS and and 2015 SRX and their screens are unresponsive. In the XTS, I thought their screen was cracked, but its the gel that cracked. I'm sure it costs alot of money to replace by the manufacturer or dealership.

I have the same issue on my 18 cts v like the edges work but the middle of the screen doesn't respond

Thanks for the video . What shitty product...I had to change it out 3 times in 6 years. It happened every 2 year right after the warranty runs out. I've spent more then 4k just on radio. Cadillac sucks. And they won't stand behind their products...I wish Luigi would of visited Mr. Cadillac instead of the United insurance guy..lol 🤪🤪🤪🤦🤦🤦🤦

Possibly the same thing , what happens is it delaminates and will cause this issue .
