Here's the bottom line if you don't have patience to watch the whole longwinded video. 1. check the battery - if it's 3+ years old or weak, accessories are affected first; 2. remove and put back in the fuses for the radio and and display screen; 3. remove cables from the battery for a few minutes and put them back on to completely reset the system. GM has a bulletin out for this known issue.
